When Quinton messaged me about a maternity session for him and his wife, Lyndsey, I was ecstatic! Q and I go way back to grade school and ran in the same circles for most our pre-college days, so of course I was all in. We met over at Oliver Nature Park, quite the favorite spot now-a-days, making sure to beat the sunset and get some awesome light exploding images. These two were such a blast and I can't wait to meet their little girl later this Spring. Congrats guys!
It's not often that I get to spend so much time on the job with one client, but when I do, great friendships are created. Over the past 2 years I think I've photographed 5 things for these two including their wedding. In case you were wondering, that's a lot considering they're expecting their first little one. In fact, he's supposed to be here already! Hah! Apparently he's going to teach us all about scheduling!
Amongst many things, Brittany is co-owner of an event planning company, so believe me she's got a plan. I suggested Oliver Nature Park to be just the place. All in all, it was a great time for us to enjoy one last session with a family of 2. Next time we see Brittany & Garrett, they'll be a family of 3!
Callie & Jonathon are truly some of the cutest parents-to-be. They're currently expecting their first and are excited to meet their little girl any day now. We found a great field and of course some wonderful shade for Callie since it is still a bit warm, even early in the morning. I enjoyed my time with them as they continued to decide on a name. (They've been at this for 9 months and are still at a stand off). Well Baby Girl, I hope your parents will know the name when they see you soon! Here are some of my favorites from that morning.
