Marie & Cord are quite the pair and have already become close to my heart. Both are involved in the wonderful world of architecture which makes my job all the more enjoyable. We started our Fort Worth session at The Modern Art Museum followed by none other than The Kimbell just next door. Afterwards we scurried over to Sundance Square in downtown to see iconic spots both old and new to the city. A merry time was had by all and I'm already counting down the days until their October wedding!
Baby | Levi Garrett
Levi Garrett is finally here! Arriving only 17 days past (suspected) due date, it's a good thing he's so stinkin' cute! If you've missed out on Mom & Dad's maternity session, you can catch up here. In the meantime, there's not much I can say to add to this little guy's cute factor. He was a rockstar. Enjoy the smushy, snuggly newborn that is Levi.

Aside from Karah's name being so awesome it's almost the same as mine, this girl is completely hands-down amazing. Unfortunately, she lied- as in "I look horrible in pictures" lied. This here, dear girl, is proof that not only do you not look horrible in pictures, you're a rock star. When her mother approached me about photographing Karah, I instantly knew what feel I wanted the session to have. She sings in both the youth and adult praise teams and will make you cry with just about any song that comes out of her. Special girl = special session. Luckily I found Woods Chapel here in Arlington and they were so kind to let us hang out at their historic building. We ended at Oliver Park in Mansfield. Most of this session focuses on Karah's heart for God, but I had to sneak in one or two of her love for life (i.e. running through a field)- and I couldn't have imagined things going any better. Karah will be attending DBU next year and I can't wait to see how she grows in Christ. Thanks guys for letting me capture this small part of her journey. It was truly a blessing.
