Doobie & Kate wanted to commemorate their first year of marriage with an anniversary session. Why? Because things worth celebrating, are worth photographing. They are full of life & love and are always on the look-out for another chance to make some memories. It's been a blast getting to know these two and I'm excited to see what year 2 has in store for them!
Married | Adam & Alissa
I had a blast at Adam & Alissa's engagement session last year in Fort Worth and have been counting down the days til their awesome McKinney wedding at The Cotton Mill. I love when bride's choose a non-traditional dress that still says 'bridal', and Alissa did just that in her pink gown paired with some sassy heels for a twist (her girls all followed suit and the guys even has some fun with the leopard print in their own way). Their little boy really was the light of the party as I'm pretty sure he's everyone's favorite, and definitely stole some hearts during the ceremony. Who can resist that smile?! The crowd definitely danced the night away making their wedding one we'll all remember. Congrats you two!

Senior | Andrew
I'm going to be real honest with you guys. I used to strongly dislike doing senior sessions with guys. They clearly didn't want to have their photo taken and they took nearly the entire session to relax and actually laugh at my jokes. Now I'm a funny person, but high school boys can be stubborn. These last few guys, however, have been life altering and I'm at the point to where I could become a guys-only senior photographer (not really but you get the point). Andrew is a fantastic kid, but you guys, I didn't know he had it in him. I was going full on model stuff by the end of our session, not to mention that we already got great shots with his football jersey. If it were up to me, his whole session would be what we got at the end- I love it. Thanks so much for letting me capture your many sides, Andrew!
